OUTFIT: Jeans Shorts

 
Wearing: Wildfox Tee, Levi's 501 cut-off jeans, H&M belt, Vintage Chanel purse, Zara kitten heels

A very casual look today, the only "dressy" bits are the Vintage Chanel and the Kitten heels. I remember having a whole discussion with a friend about the "pricey" Wildfox Tee's, at first we didn't understood the "fuzz" about them but our conclusion was that the soft comfortable fabric of these Tee's makes you never want to take them off again!

I have been washing my hair non-stop lately to get rid of the last pink flush so I can go to the hairdresser to get my hair high-lighted again, I'm hesitant to dye over the pink so I thought it would be better to wash the color out completely first but somehow this takes longer then I expected.. I guess this is the only downfall of having pastel hair.

And seriously, I want my hair and make-up to be like this! I never seem to manage to get a smokey eye. You see, I always end up looking like (quote from Luluandyourmom) "a Panda Hooker"

I think this season's must have bikini's are the high-waist swimmies from American Apparel seen here and here.

We took these photos right next to the Waldorf Astoria where I was staying together with bloggers  Froufrouu, Taghrid, Fashion Nerdic, I've got a lust for Life and Mariannan for a special project ( It looks like I can spill you some of the secret details this week )

We had a very busy schedule so there was not much time for shopping but I managed to splurge on these booties!

Not so Glassy

I'm wearing; Wildfox Tee, H&M sweatpants, lace socks and shoes, glasses from buffalo exchange

Sweatpants always instantly change when combined with heels, sandals, ballet flats and even boots, one thing is for sure though; I always skip sneakers when wearing them! (it's kind of my sweatpants golden rule)

Mostly I like to make soft knitty looks with these comfy trousers but today I felt like going a bit retro by adding the glasses, the socks and the wooden-like sandals, just trying something new.
