I bought some magazines at the airport when flying back to Europe; the French Vogue, Vanity Fair, Allure and New York magazine. Really can't live without these! Bought the Prada infusion d'iris eau de parfum at the Bijenkorf's "drie dwazen dagen" today (since it's on special discount today only...swoon..) I truly adore this scent but I don't think its for everyone, I would describe the scent as a powdery floral.I was lucky enough to come home to 3 packages, one of which a big box from Lucette!! One of the goodies inside were these open toe brogues made out of leather and suede.. Seriously, these are genius and have a beautiful fit, they are both perfect for hipster as well as very tailored looks with and without socks, I can't believe I didn't think of open toe brogues before!!xoxo

Further more I kind of always wear cotton now I think of it :) plus I won't enter a plane without lip balm and Vitamin water!!xoxo
Me, Yara and Cindy having a blast in Amsterdam!! Seriously I wish I would live closer to these two because they made me cry laughing!Right now I'm still in New York, getting ready to fly back to Europe.. I got a bit of a cold, I guess the lack of sleep kicked in. But I hope it won't get any worse since the plan is that I will fly to Paris in a day or two.. I just really hope my cold won't get any worse!So the photoshoot is a wrap after 3 days of hard work! I had such a blast and will post some more behind the scene photos soon.. The only bad thing is that some of my things went missing in the change of locations of the photo shoots :( My black studded lucette bag and some of my leggings.... I really really hope they show up soon...xoxo
So as promised, some snaps of the 1st day of the photo shoot for a Cosmetics label taking place in New York!I arrived Friday late afternoon in New York, it has been so good to be back! Friday evening we had the 1st meeting for the shoot to go over the details and Saturday I was picked up early morning to be at the set for make-up and styling at 8am.. It was a long day but I had so much fun and met great people, the whole team has been great and they really helped me to get over my nerves and did an amazing job!!
Sunday was the 2nd day of the shoot and was maybe one of the hardest days of my life haha.. it was 15 hours of make-up, styling and set changes and we worked non-stop!! For me it was so hard because I had hardly a break and had to be careful with the make-up.. We shot for a video too so it was kind of the first time for me to "act" which was really hard! I really really tried my best to give bursts of energy even when I was so tired!! I hope I can show some pics of the second day soon!
Right now I have to take a quick shower to get ready for the final day of video shooting!!
I still need to upload pictures from my meeting in Amsterdam with Yara and Cindy from This Chick got Style and comeovertothedarksidewehavecandy just before I left for New York! they gave me some of the best tips ever ;)

I'm wearing; Rouge Pony Flower Crown, Viktor&Rolf for H&M dress, H&M blouse, ShopAkira lace shorts, Mint Dr. MartensSo this is what has been on my mind forever! The only things missing were the floral crown and mint dr. Martens!
The H&M Viktor&Rolf dress looks so much better worn as a vest then as a dress but thats maybe because I bought it 2 sizes too big haha (I tend to do that a lot with H&M clothing)
Also everything from this collection was sold out so quickly! I still would love to get my hands on some other Viktor&Rolf pieces I missed out on!!
Yesterday I had so much fun with Yara and Cindy in Amsterdam! I bought 2 sweaters from the H&M and we closed down the night with diner and drinks, I think I have found my smiling match in both of them haha, its so great to hang out with bloggers who are so positive, vibrant and fun! Makes me miss Aimee and Liz...

Finally they are mine:)
So in the end I went for the Mint colored dr. Martens boots! I ordered them online at the Britisch Boot Company and was totally happy with the customer service and shipping! They really have every dr. Martens you can think off so the choice was overwhelming haha..
The Mint boots as well as the light Pink and Lilac come in a pearlized supple leather and are far more comfortable then my white dr. Martens! I also sized up going from a UK size 3 to a 4, because the UK size 3 is just a notch too small for me! These are boots you can really walk the whole day in!
