Has anyone been to Urban Outfitters lately? You might have run into a new, very blog related book by William Oliver and selected by Susie Bubble; Style Feed, The World's Top Fashion Blogs.

Style Feed is a Creative "Tour de Force" curating an eclectic mix of amazing blogs selected by Susie Bubble like the Man Repeller, Fred Butler Style, Style Rookie, the Coveteur, amlul, Dapper Kid, Disneyrollergirl, Hapsical, Park&Cube, Jak&Jil, Luxirare, Hanneli, Garance Dore .... and and... me... OMGz cocorosa izz in a bookz!

Oh, I waited so long writing this post because I find it so hard to even tell you how honored and happy I am to be featured in this book amongst these creative and original blogs and I find writing about features always so hard anywayz, I really pondered for day's about what to write!

Les Histoires d'Amour ~ The Sailor Scarf

Cleo Ferin silk Sailor Scarf, H&M Satchel, Random Sunnies, Elle Girl Korea (feature), L'Oreal Solar Sublime sun-care for hair.

I received an amazing package from Cleo Ferin in the mail with one of her popular Scarfs! The Watercolor design tells the story of Lovers lost at sea inspired by the "The Sailor of Gibraltar" by Marguerite Duras! So Romantic! Makes me want to sail away for sure! Others of her amazing scarfs are the "Icons" series with the Brigitte Bardot Scarf being my favorite!

Remember I was in New York for a Photoshoot last September?
It was for Manhattan Cosmetics! I'm their face for the new Follow Manhattan campaign! It's still all so unbelievable, being flown to New York and seeing my own face in make-up ads in magazines.. I don't really know what to say besides a big thank you to Manhattan, their amazing team and all of you for reading my blog :)

Monday March lookbook/poster

A little while ago I got to play model in a photoshoot for Monday March's Spring 2012 lookbook together with fashion bloggers Cindy, Anna and Mio and yesterday I finally received the much anticipated lookbook in the mail plus a gift bag full of goodies of the latest fall/winter collection and already a beautiful top from this collection!

The lookbook is a poster with on one side a big black and white print of us all together and on the other side a collage of all the different looks and outfits.

Everytime I look at the poster it really reminds me of the fun I had that day!!

MILK X Magazine feature

So honored that I was asked to give my insights about upcoming Spring Summer 2011 trends in Milk X magazine among Maria Luisa, buyers and artistic directors from Colette, Opening Ceremony, Net-a-Porter, Beams and bloggers Bryan Boy, Jenn Camp from Le Fashion and Kimberley Brandsma!!

here is what I said (translated);

1. What are the trends in coming 2011 S/S?
On the runway we saw a lot of optimistic bright and vivid colors, minimalistic silhouettes, clinic whites and various ethnic themes. Other trends that absolutely can't be underestimated are the Asian themes as seen in Louis Vuitton, 70's themes with flare and wide legged jeans (also seen with a rock n' roll attitude) and Chloe's ballet theme.

2. Any new brands in 2011 S/S?
I'm keeping an close eye on Carven, Ryota Shiga, Dimepiece and Sretsis

3. Please share with us your all-time-favorite brand/ designer? How about in
2011S/S?
Jan Taminiau and for SS2011 it's Chloe's Hannah MacGibbon

4. What are the fashion items a woman should possess in 2011S/S season?
Chloe ballet flats, Leather biker jackets, ethnic/Asian printed dresses

5. What’s your basic items in 2011 S/S
A classic white shirt, flared jeans and pants, classic beige colored high waisted shorts, vintage reworked kimono's.

6. In your opinion, who is the up-and-coming designer?

Codigo 06140 and AM New York features

So happy to be featured in Codigo 06140 and AM New York!!

Codigo 06140 is a Mexican magazine about fashion, art, architecture, music and design and I got featured in an article about iconic, influential and stylish blogs and their creators!

AM New York is one of New York's Newspapers and did a story called "the New Influences", the story is also online on their site HERE.

Leather

The 4th and final look for H&M's fall campaign.
It was tempting to make a "rocker" look with the pants but I ended up going for a softer feel :)

Very Red

Oh yes, I'm having a little break from the washed out pastels, just a little break ;) ...
I'm so in love with red pants right now, red jeans, harems whatever as long as they are red.

The H&M jacket already became a regular in my suitcase, I take it with me wherever I go!

H&M FALL Campaign feature prt2

The second look for my H&M Fall campaign feature!

This is why I love Fall... I belted the romantic/soft H&M ruffle dress with a bulky belt and layered with a bulky jacket coat and heavy scarf. The over the knee socks peep out from under the sturdy boots and no need to say that Fall is my favorite season too when it comes to colors!!
