I always love a good shade of Blue! and leave it up to Phillip Lim to get a Silk Dress perfectly right! 

And before you start protesting the bare legs... The weather has been insanely weird! It has been really warm for October the past few days (temps around 21°C /  70°F) and since I usually don't bother checking the Weather reports in Fall (Why bother it will be cold anyway) I ended up getting some unpleasant surprises a few times wearing a sweater and coat haha So Yesterday I finally did check the Weather!

OUTFIT: Cupcakes in Sweden

The last of my Stockholm photos! and while you are reading this I'm on the plane to New York! So exited! New york Fashion week here I come!

This was my look on the 2nd day of MBSFW, I decided that Stockholm, known for their minimalistic black looks needed some frilly Pastels and I of course needed to be me even though being in Stockholm. The 3.1 Phillip Lim dress is a soft grayish light blue so it ended up being the perfect dress for a Pastel Cupcake day with Carrie, Marianna and Lisa! 





After going to the Acne Archive store we took a quick stop at Cupcake STHLM. For coffee and yes, Cupcakes! The cupcakes were so good and the owners of the store were amazing! after taking a kazillion outfit pictures we were treated to a big box of complimentary Cupcakes!





Okay, so the night before going to Stockholm I actually didn't sleep, I had to leave for the airport at 3AM, note the pics below where I'm close to looking crossed eyed haha, the schedule was so busy that I really felt like a Zombie the first 2 days!

OUTFIT: Big Balloon Sleeves and a Flush of Coral

One of the things I miss the most from being in New York are the sample sales! All my 3.1 Phillip Lim items I own are from sample sales (and it are a lot hehe) (yes, that was me sneaking out during working hours ;)

I bought the H&M skirt this weekend! Saturday, since the Netherlands is quite stupid with opening-times (and thus everything is closed on Sunday) The skirt became one of my new favorites already!

Lusting over these big time!

I first saw the Cody d'orsay Sandals on Song of Style's blog here and she is wearing them in an outfit here, which made me lust after these babes even more! Loving them in the color white too (I know many are looking for the perfect white sandals for this summer)

The Phillip Lim bag came on my radar after seeing Sandra from 5inchandup and Alice Point rocking their Lim bags here and here!

My obsession with the modern take on whites with the bralette, bag + round glasses is inspired by Ezter from stylorectic in this outfit seen here! (with a affordable version of the bralette!)

Heartthrobs

We just came back from having dinner to the Hotel, it was already well after Midnight and we were having our last chats in the Waldorf Astoria Lobby Hall ready to say good night and ready to sleep after the crazy day we had..

Well that didn't happen because at that moment both me and Olivia caught a glimpse of the Lobby Hall restrooms, the entrance covered by a lush Asian dressing screen showed a faint glimpse of gold decorated mirrors and chandeliers and an amazing looking drag queen doing last touch ups to her make-up. So curiosity took over.. and then inside the camera took over.. Note that the restrooms are public so while we were sprawling on the floors people just walked in and out haha good times!..

The Wall

I kind of had a Layer fiesta today, I actually deceided what to wear by pulling out these mouse gray tights and grabt everything gray and light blue laying around to match the tights,
Thats the best thing about the weather getting colder, you can pile on stuff like crazy :)
