WRAP YOURSELF IN LUXURY

Photobucket
new Esprit goodies!

Last week I went to visit the Esprit head offices in Amsterdam together with Yara and Cindy to take a closer look at Esprit's new "WRAP YOURSELF IN LUXURY" campaign!

The lookbook reads like a poem and I was seriously impressed by the beautiful soft merino knits and delicate fabrics! My favorite items and looks of this new collection are "the less is more" and "classic and elegant" looks that remind me of old Hollywood classics. Beautiful flowing shapes and simple cuts in trousers and blouses and gosh, a smoking jacket that I just had to take home with me!

OUTFIT: new Muubaa Shearling Biker Jacket

Photobucket

Ohhhhh it's sooooo cold! I managed to finally take some outfit pictures between days of snow and rain and I swear within a 5 min time frame my hands turned pink and then purple! My new shearling biker jacket did really keep me warm, I just should have worn gloves too!

I got the jacket a few weeks ago in London when I met the Muubaa design team at the Muubaa x Miista event (together with Shini, Alice and Camille) After seeing the Fall/Winter and some Spring/Summer Muubaa pieces I really became a fan! The sizes and fits of the Jackets are really perfect plus the designs and leather washings are amazing! This Muubaa jacket is my Fall/Winter favorite, just loving the shearling/leather combination so much!

DIY Baroque Baseball Cap (+ Tutorial)

Photobucket

I was asked by my friends over at Miista to brew up another DIY! They really loved the DIY baroque tights and loved to see how I would apply the same idea to another item, uhm yes, one that didn't take 16 hours to make haha. So I went for a Baseball Cap. The Baseball Cap ended up being a far easier DIY, I think I finished it within a hour! I did take another approach making it so I made a separate tutorial. I loved that the cap came out having a bit of that 90s flavor! I have been wearing it non-stop ;)
